End to end · one accountable supplier

From the first requirement to the last report.

Most suppliers do one part: sell a licence, or write code, or run a help desk. GVS does the whole line, so there is one team to hold to account from the day you ask to the day you sign off, and after.

You askWe supplyWhat that means
01We need software we can use this month.Supply

Ready products: GVS NMS, GVS BSS and 22 browser-native tools, licensed one-time or annually with no per-seat metering.

02Nothing on the market fits how we work.Development

Software built to your requirement on SDLC, ATDLC and AIDLC, shipped in weeks on a design system that is already in production.

A report at every stage: the requirements record, acceptance test results, and the final report on the agreed date.

How the software gets built

Three life cycles, chosen by what the work needs.

One method does not fit a billing engine, a hiring tool and an AI assistant. We run three, often together on the same project, all inside ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified management systems.

Software development life cycle

Use it when

Any software has to be built or changed: a new tool, an integration, a migration, a new release of something you already run.

GVS NMS console

The real network-operations console on a synthetic network: 98 network elements, 38 sites, four languages and a 26-step guided tour. Read-only. It is built into this page, so it opens with no connection at all; best on a laptop or tablet.

GVS BSS and the on-call NOC

Charging, billing, SMS and phone-call escalation and NOC by skills need a running server, so we show them live over a secure web link. Nothing to install.

This website is a single file with the NMS demo and four newer demos inside it. Save it, email it or carry it on a USB stick: the site and the demo open with no internet and no server, so a review never waits on a connection.

Latest builds · Oct 2026

Six new builds this quarter. Four open right here.

Each one began as somebody's requirement and became working software in weeks. They are demonstrations on sample data, not customer systems, and every card says what it proves and what is still missing.

01Manufacturing · print plant

Imprint Ops

MVP demo · opens here, offline

A shop-floor console for a print and binding plant: a searchable manual library, a finder for past fixes, a defect Pareto, predicted page-pull strength, component remaining life and a utilities log.

What it demonstrates
  • Answers built from cited manual passages, not guesses
  • Predictive maintenance from sensor history
  • Each fix captured once, found by the next shift

Not yet: PDF and Word manual ingestion is planned for the pilot. All figures are demo data, not plant figures.

02Manufacturing · quality lab

Appliance DQA

MVP demo · opens here, offline

Three initiatives for a home-appliance design-quality lab: a knowledge assistant that cites the source page, defect reports drafted from engineer notes, and a washer digital twin that predicts vibration, torque, temperature and bearing life before a prototype exists.

What it demonstrates
  • Restricted documents hidden by access level
  • Engineer approves every drafted report
  • What-if design changes before any build

Not yet: Fictional documents and a simplified physics model. The real build is calibrated in discovery on the client's own data.

03Associations · member services

Santhwana IOA helpdesk

Demo · opens here, offline

Helpdesk and member services for a retired officers' association: requests tracked to resolution, expert opinions, vacation stays, property care, reports and a five-second SOS. Four roles, four languages, large text, voice commands and read-aloud.

What it demonstrates
  • Accessible design for senior members
  • Service levels and an audit trail on every request
  • Member, agent, expert and manager views

Not yet: Sign-in uses a demo code (123456). SMS sign-in and encryption are part of the production build. Sample data throughout.

04Government tenders · bid desk

Bid Fit Gate

Internal tool · shown on request

Go, go-if or no-go for GeM tenders. Drop the bid notice and its scope of work: it reads the eligibility filters, screens them against the company's evidence, models build effort and cash, and records the final decision in a register.

What it demonstrates
  • PDF reading inside the browser, nothing uploaded
  • Recommendation computed, decision made by a person
  • Outcomes recorded, so estimates become a track record

Not yet: It runs on our own bidding records, so we show it live in a session rather than publish it.

05Public sector · civic research

Project Tamilagam website

Website build · opens here

Website for an open research initiative working towards a model Tamil Nadu: vision, ten principles, a seven-step research life cycle, research and articles, volunteering and contact, in Tamil and English.

What it demonstrates
  • Multilingual Indian-script typography
  • Content structured for an initiative that will grow
  • Phone-first layout

Not yet: Opens as a preview of the build. Web fonts and outbound social links need a connection.

06Manufacturing · joinery & packaging

Sun Interiors Works Unit

Live website

Tender-facing site for the GVS joinery and wooden-packaging unit, with a packing-case estimator that turns case size and load into a bill of quantities in seconds.

What it demonstrates
  • A quantity take-off a bid can be priced from
  • A tender register that separates held from not held
  • Executed works shown at carcass and finished stage

Not yet: No packing-case order has been executed yet, and the site says so plainly.

Development log

Release notes, written the way we would want to read them.

What shipped, newest first, with the known limits beside it. If something only works on the live system, or is still demo data, the note says so.

  1. GVS NMSProductNew release

On-call SMS and phone escalation, early-warning power and platform alarms, NOC by skills, revenue at risk from the BSS and the NOC mobile web app. 126 acceptance tests and 4,663 browser checks, 0 failed, on the GVS Network Simulator with synthetic data.

Known limits: Paging, NOC by skills and the BSS screens need the live server, so they are shown by web link.

  2. Imprint OpsDemoMVP demo

Print-plant console with manual library, past-fix finder, defect Pareto, page-pull prediction, remaining-life view and utilities log.

Known limits: Text manuals only for now (.txt, .md, .csv). Demo data.

  3. Appliance DQADemoMVP demo

Cited knowledge assistant with role-based hiding, defect report drafting with engineer approval, and a washer digital twin.

Known limits: Rule-based classification and a simplified physics model stand in for the calibrated build.

  4. Santhwana IOA helpdeskDemoDemo

Requests, experts, stays, assets, reports, calendar, privacy and audit, SOS, chat, four roles and four languages.

Known limits: Demo sign-in code. Data is kept in the browser only.

  5. Bid Fit GateProduct20th iteration

Self-contained PDF reading, qualification screen, investment review, GeM award plan, decision register and CSV exports.

Known limits: Internal; win rate becomes meaningful only as outcomes are recorded.

  6. Project TamilagamDemoWebsite build

Bilingual site with vision, principles, REACH framework, research life cycle, articles, videos and volunteering.

  7. This websiteCompanyUpdate

Latest builds and this development log added. Four more demos built into the page, so they open with no connection.

Known limits: The browser-native AI stack still opens on the separate apps site.

  8. Sun Interiors Works UnitProductLive

Works-unit website with a packing-case and crate estimator. Manufacturing activity (NIC 16231) added alongside the software activities.

Known limits: No packing-case supply record yet.

  9. IAS RecruitProductPorted

Moved from a hosted Python app to a static, zero-server tool, in line with the rest of the platform.

  10. GVS TechnologiesCompanyCertified

ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 management systems certified, on a three-year cycle.

GVS NMS · multi-vendor network management · new release

One console for the whole network, and a phone that rings before the outage.

GVS NMS brings fault, configuration, accounting, performance and security (FCAPS) for every vendor and domain into one screen. It correlates an alarm flood into one incident with its root cause, the customers affected and the revenue at risk, and wakes the right engineer by SMS and phone call.

Opens here, inside this page, and unpacks in a few seconds; best on a laptop or tablet. The operator shown, Testland Telecom, is fictional. On-call paging, NOC by skills and the GVS BSS screens need the live system, so we show them in a web-link evaluation.

GVS NMS · DashboardOpen the demo
GVS NMS dashboard: today's alarm counts, a network map with sites coloured by severity, and the list of open incidents with subscribers affected
01Fault

From alarm flood to one incident

A power failure that raises hundreds of alarms becomes one P1 incident with its root cause, the sites and subscribers behind it, and a trouble ticket opened automatically.

02Performance

KPIs you can hand over

Thresholds with hysteresis, a chart builder across vendors, daily KPI views, and every report downloadable as CSV, Excel or PDF.

03Configuration

Changes with a second pair of eyes

Prepare, validate, approve, activate: nobody approves their own change. Rollback, nightly configuration backups and staged software upgrades.

04New · on-call

Critical alarms by SMS and phone call

Unacknowledged P1/P2 incidents escalate step by step: the right engineer by SMS, then a call, then the supervisor and the manager. Press 1 on the call to acknowledge. Sent through the operator's own SMS centre, with a cloud gateway as fallback.

05New · early warning

Act before the outage or the data loss

Mains, battery, rectifier and generator alarms, and the NMS's own disk, database replication and data backlog, go out by SMS at once, while there is still time to act.

06New · NOC by skills

The right person, not everyone

Seven network domains with who is on duty, their level (Watch, Assist, Lead) and where the cover is thin. Each incident names the best engineer for it.

07New · business impact

Revenue at risk, from the BSS

Subscribers, ARPU and enterprise SLA penalties per site from the operator's billing system, or the real plan fees and usage from GVS BSS Core, give each incident a cost per hour. Openings and closings flow back to revenue assurance.

08New · mobile

The NOC in your pocket

An installable web app for Android and iPhone: critical incidents, revenue at risk, acknowledge, take it, on or off duty. Same sign-in, roles and audit as the console; nothing from an app store.

09Languages · access

Tetum, Português, English, Bahasa

Every screen, SMS and call in the engineer's language. Evaluations run as a secure web link: nothing to install, and the software stays with GVS.

Escalation, as the engineer sees it

Nobody drives to a site that is already fixed.

A mains failure takes down a hub site and five sites behind it. Watch the page reach the power engineer, turn into a call, and stop the moment someone presses 1. Everyone paged hears who took it, and when service is back.

  1. 0 minSMS to the best on-duty engineer for the skill
  2. 10 minPhone call to the same engineer: press 1 to acknowledge
  3. 20 minSupervisor on duty, by SMS and call
  4. 40 minOperations manager

GVS BSS · Assure · Core · Charge · new release

From the network element to the invoice, on one platform.

GVS BSS runs the operator's customers and money beside the network: customer onboarding with KYC, orders that check the network before they provision, real-time online charging, billing, payments and self-care. Every customer line is bound to the site and network element that serve it, so an outage shows the exact customers, sessions and revenue behind it.

01Available · Assure 0.4

GVS BSS Assure

Revenue assurance and fraud over the operator's existing BSS: reconciliation from network to billing, leakage cases with four-eyes closure, bundle tests before launch, failed recharges linked to network incidents, Care Assist in four languages. Read-only.

02New · Core 0.5

GVS BSS Core

Customers with KYC, catalogue, orders provisioned through the OSS, monthly billing with tax and PDF invoices, payments by store, bank, mobile money or card gateway, collections, dealers, customer tickets and a self-care portal.

03New · Charge 1.0

GVS BSS Charge

Online charging in real time, straight from the network core: Diameter Gy/Ro for gateways, the SMS centre and IMS, and 5G Nchf for the SMF. Allowances first, then balance; prepaid stops at zero, postpaid at the credit limit. A repeated request is never charged twice. Vouchers, top-ups, bundles.

04New · OSS ↔ BSS

Orders that ask the network first

A new line for a site that is out of service waits instead of failing, and completes by itself when the incident clears. Provisioning goes to the network element that serves the customer.

05New · compensation

Outage credits, approved twice

When an incident closes, compensation is proposed for every affected line: a balance bonus for prepaid, a credit note for postpaid, the SLA credit for enterprise circuits. Nothing is applied until a second person approves.

06Safety by design

Money and identity, handled carefully

Identity documents kept only as a fingerprint, card data never on GVS systems, personal data masked by role, and every credit, refund and KYC approved by a second person, all in the audit trail.

GVS BSS Charge speaks Diameter Gy/Ro and 5G Nchf natively, tested against independent open-source implementations; interoperability with the operator's own core is tested during onboarding, and no carrier certification is claimed. Evaluations run as a secure web link.

    Why zero-server

The browser is the runtime. Watch what that does to your security review.

Most enterprise SaaS asks you to trust a vendor's cloud with your data. GVS tools are static HTML and JavaScript. They load once, run on the user's machine and store data locally. There is no backend to breach, no tenant to isolate, no vendor outage to wait out.

    • Deploy by copying a folder to any web server, intranet share or USB stick.
    • Passes data-residency and DPDP reviews by default. Data never leaves the device.
    • Runs on hardware you already own, including air-gapped and low-bandwidth sites.
    • AI features call your own model provider directly from the browser. We never see your prompts.
    • Stop paying and the tools keep running. Your data was always yours.

    The GVS momentum principle

From requirements to final report, projects win on momentum, aimed by quality.

    pmomentum=mmass·vvelocityalongqquality
    m

Mass is what you bring to the requirement

Twenty-two production tools, three disciplines, ISO 9001 and 27001 systems and national-scale telecom OSS experience. Substance a requirements document can lean on.

    m = tools × disciplines × certified process
    v

Velocity is how fast a requirement becomes a deliverable

Zero-server means nothing to procure, host or patch. A working user in ten minutes, a co-built tool in weeks, the final report on the agreed date.

v = requirements → deliverables, in weeks not quarters
    q

    Quality is the direction

Momentum is a vector. Speed pointed at the wrong deliverable is waste. Every GVS project passes a quality gate before it is reported as done, so velocity always points at the client's acceptance criteria.

q = quality gate passed before delivery
    p

    Momentum is your revenue pipeline

Requirements in, accepted deliverables out, invoices paid on time. Vendors with mass but no velocity stall. Vendors with velocity but no quality rework. GVS is built for all three.

    p = deliverables accepted × revenue moving

    Where we go deepest

    Three disciplines, one architecture.

    Telecom OSS/BSS modernisation

GVS NMS for fault, performance and configuration across vendors, plus inventory, provisioning and assurance tooling for operators and their vendors, built to sit beside legacy stacks without a rip-and-replace programme.

    Autonomous networks

Closed-loop workflows that detect, decide and act: root-cause correlation, skills-based dispatch, SMS and voice escalation, change verification and self-healing runbooks, kept inside your operations boundary.

    AI-native enterprise tools

HR and talent assessment, identity vaults, procurement, sales and delivery, hospitality and inventory. Twenty-two tools on one design system and one backup standard.

How GVS turns an idea into revenue

Five stages. One rule: innovate before automate.

Every GVS product and every client engagement follows the same path from a raw idea to a revenue pipeline. Automation comes last, once the idea has proven it carries business value.

    Stage 1

    Explore

Search and explore an idea across the global market. Where is the need, who is asking, and what already exists.

    Stage 2

    Convert

Turn the idea into an opportunity that meets real demand and supply in the global market, not a feature looking for a buyer.

    Stage 3

    Identify

Frame the opportunity as a business demand: the customer, the workflow, the budget line and the decision maker.

    Stage 4

    Innovate

Build the idea into business value. A working, zero-server tool that a client can use on their own laptop the same day.

    Stage 5

    Automate

Automate the proven idea to fulfil the customer need and meet business demand, generating a repeatable revenue pipeline.

    Partner with GVS

Three ways IT firms and enterprises work with us.

We work with system integrators, IT services companies and end enterprises across India. Pick the model that fits how you sell and deliver.

    License the platform

Deploy any or all 22 tools under your own brand, for internal use or for your clients. One-time or annual licence. No per-seat metering.

    Best for

IT firms adding ready-made products to existing accounts.

    Co-build a solution

Bring a workflow problem from any part of your business. We design and ship a zero-server tool for it in weeks, on the same design system and backup standard as the platform.

    Best for

Any team modernising a specific workflow, in any sector.

    Win tenders together

Partner on government and PSU tenders where our tools are the software component and your firm carries implementation, support and compliance.

    Best for

SIs building a public-sector revenue pipeline.

    Before you ask

Straight answers to the first seven questions.

Do you only work with telecom companies?

No. Telecom is where our deepest products are, GVS NMS and GVS BSS, and the same team builds for hiring, security, procurement, sales and delivery, hospitality and inventory. If your sector is not on the list, the work is built to your requirement on the same life cycles.

Can I try something before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The GVS NMS console and the six AI-stack apps open from the live demos section, and four newer builds (Imprint Ops, the appliance-quality demo, the member helpdesk and a website build) open from latest builds, inside this page. No form, no sign-up, and nothing you type is uploaded to GVS.

What are SDLC, ATDLC and AIDLC?

Three life cycles we run, often together. SDLC builds the software, from requirements to final report. ATDLC builds the automated tests that prove it works on every release. AIDLC governs AI features: the use case, the data, the evaluation and the human approval.

Do we own the software, or rent it?

The platform tools are licensed one-time or annually, with no per-seat metering. They run on your machines: if you stop paying they keep running, and your data was always yours. GVS NMS and GVS BSS run on your own server under a server-bound licence.

    Where does our data go?

Nowhere. The platform tools are static files that run in the browser and store data on the user's device. GVS NMS and GVS BSS run on your server. AI features call your own model provider directly.

    Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send us yours and we sign it before the first working session.

    How do we start?

Describe the requirement at the requirement desk, or email us. We reply within one business day with a demo slot and a trial package you can run offline.
